25 Oct 2026, Sunday  Prioritized Daily Task (American Cruise Line called us on THURSDAY THE 15th OCTOBER AND CANCELED OUR MISSISSIPPI PADDLEBOAT CRUISE) 10:00 am -  Church-Memphis Branch,  1611 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38104 1:30 – 2:30 pm -  National Civil Rights Museum,  450 Mulberry St, Downtown Memphis, TN 38103  • Phone Number: (901) 521-9699 Debbie and I had prayer together, showered, and got ready for church today.  Debbie fixed breakfast for us, and we drove to Arrowhead Ward in the Henderson NV Eldorado Stake, about 6 minutes from our hotel.  We walked in as the opening song was being sung and before the opening prayer.  After the sacrament was passed, the first speaker was a young adult sister, Sister Monaleesa Ika, whose family is from Tonga.  She is being called to serve a full-time mission in the Marshel Islands.  Her mother put a Lei on her head before she spoke.  It looked as if a third of the ward was her family....

Oct 24, 2026, Saturday Prioritized Daily Task Owen James Hobbs' 15th Birthday (American Cruise Line called us on THURSDAY THE 15th OCTOBER AND CANCELED OUR MISSISSIPPI PADDLEBOAT CRUISE) Cruising in a Paddle Boat on the Mississippi River to Memphis, TN Debbie and I were up at 6:30 am, prayer, and had family prayer.  We took turns showering and getting ready.  The Hawthorn had sausage, gravy, biscuits, and eggs for breakfast.  We rode over to the college, about 1.5 miles from our hotel, and watched College of Southern Nevada get beaten by California Baptist College.  Two other schools played next, and I went and got some food we shared with George Gourley, who came down to watch his daughter, Clara, pitch.  I came back to the room and did some work before going back to watch Clara pitch in the last game of the day.  Their last game was with Utah Tech in Cedar City, previously named Dixie College.  We took pictures after the game and came back to our hot...
