Send LOI to Cresia at METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE Co Claims Speciality, 877-458-7112, she wanted Jackie J. Rush's date of birth, last 4 his social security number, and the mailing address on the insurance policy.   She wanted me to send a letter with a handwritten signature to her at INDDliferequests@metlife.com.  Their mailing address is PO Box 14239, Lexington, KY 40512.  (from journal entry 12 JUN 2026, Friday)

June 11th I called the Unclaimed Property Dept. at the Georgia Department of Revenue (855) 329-9863 and was put on hold for about an hour.  I spoke with a very nice lady who gave me my claim ID number, 2702706

Debbie and I were up a little before 4am, had prayer, showered, shaved, dressed, and had prayer together.  We got an Uber ride to the SLC Airport and checked 3 bags at Delta ticketing.  We caught our flight, and Matthew picked us up at the San Diego Airport.  We had to stop, and Matthew charged his electric Tesla truck so we could get home.  While we waited, we did some grocery shopping and picked up lunch and brought it home. Matthew got a plate for Melodie, and we all had lunch.  The girls, Bella and Ava, had already eaten.  Matthew, Melodie, and Debbie went and picked up a rental car.  I worked some more on an LOI to the Metropolitan Life Insurance Claims Department.  Debbie let Bella and Ava make tie-dyed shirts.
